All VIP Concierge services are free of charge to our patients.

1. Doctors who speak your language, giving you the care you deserve in the comfort of your home. You can continue to see your primary care doctor in addition to this service.

2. Medical supplies delivered (and nutritional beverages) from the best companies to your home.

3. Lab work: We coordinate blood draws and other doctor-ordered tests to be done at your home.

4. Non-emergency medical transportation can be arranged with wheelchair accessible cars and cars with stretchers.

5. Prescriptions delivered to you from a private pharmacy, no copays.

6. Help understanding Medicaid (covers non-skilled services, like home health aide) and Medicare (covers skilled services, like nursing, physical therapy, etc). We will check your eligibility for services and explain how these programs work. 

7. Long Term Care (LTC) programs: If you are in need and eligible, we will assist you with the enrollment process, going through the state case manager’s interviews in your own language. 

8. Florida Medicaid and Food stamps: Assistance applying for these programs if you are enrolling for the first time or moving here from other state.

9. Make Specialist Appointments:  Help arranging appointments with the best specialists, such as pain management (will do same day emergency appointment), a podiatrist at your home (medical pedicure will restore life to your feet, no matter how bad they seem), rheumatologist (new innovative procedure), and many more!
